NEW SAILING SEASON 2026 -27

Our new 2026-27 Sailing Year has Arrived.

Following the Club’s Annual General Meeting and Presentations from 2025- 26, there have been a quite a few changes to our Club’s Management Committee ( listed on our Contact Page). Both long serving Secretary, Gard Saunders, and Treasurer, David Thomson, have stepped down, as has Commodore Norm Richards. We thank them for their service to the Club, and to Sailing, for many years and know that will be sorely missed!

We welcome a number of new members to our Management Committee and thank them for their offer to help our Club.

Currently, positions are being transitioned from former Committee Members to the in-coming crew. With different hands on the Tiller and Mainsheet, we may not respond as quickly for a few weeks as we settle in for the 2026-27 voyage!

Our new Membership Year has also just commenced, and we will shortly be welcoming your memberships for the coming Sailing Year. Plans are to continue our regular Club Sunday afternoon sailing from around the end of August, and also continue our popular Tackers and Green Fleet Learn-to-Sail programs.
